To those who got the invitation to join the Heron Gig list group, please ignore it. I over complicated what turned out to be a simple evolution. I didn't take into account other people who are working with Heron who may need to know timings so the easiest thing to do is to put it in clear view of all members who may need to access the information... I hopew that the information you need is in here when you need it
