But they AREN'T silent... They need rules that they must abide by and be policed, ANY infringment should be dealt with to the full extent of the law

What do you expect of them GF??

I was told CSI Cologne never ever has solved a case... the only thing they ever achieved was emptying (sorry, no spelling check) a crate of Kolsch.... With some help of a bunch of foreigners all dressed in black with a white cap..
