Good luck and farewell to Mike Thomas who has left the Corps Of Drums and leapt over the wall to the RMSM this week to become a real bugler. You will be missed mate.

Not sure about that... I just think that we are providing a very good supply of young musicians to our professional counterparts which is a great basis for continual improvement and nurturing of our own talents. In return, when they've had enough they join civvy street (or the Royal Navy) and end up in a volunteer band! RESULT all round...
