The rivalry between Portsmouth and Fleet band was still evident years on... the 'down it and go under' boat race started in five and the captains were trying to spot their men.....

NO, you cant make me talk to him, we all made an effort to come looking smart and he pitches up in a T Shirt that looks like a damned Passort Stamping convention.  Mess rules stated "No T Shirts" back then and they still apply today, He was always a bit of a muppet!
