2006 Inverted Chevrons DinnerThe Drum / Bugle Majors Reunion Dinner will take place in the WOs, CPOs, SRs & SNCOs Mess HMS NELSON on Saturday 20 May 2006. Applications from ex-serving Corps Appointed Royal Marines Drum and Bugle Majors are to be made in writing, enclosing a SAE addressed to:‘INVERTED CHEVRONS’ WO1 R D Platts The Corps Bugle Major Headquarters Band Service Royal Marines Eastney Block, HMS Nelson Portsmouth Hampshire PO1 3HH Accommodation is available in the WOs, CPOs, SRs & SNCOs Mess HMS Nelson for both serving and ex-serving SNCOS. Those wishing to stay overnight in the Mess are to make their own arrangements on BT 023 92 720120. Alternatively, information can be obtained from Portsmouth Tourist Board on BT 023 92 826722. At the time of going to print, costs for the evening have yet to be decided; however, expenses will be kept to a minimum.
