Welcome to the asylum for former Dog Ends, FOF3'ers, Starf Banders, Pompey Banders, Guzz Ratings, Fleet Banders and people who have marched in straight lines whilst wearing the Pith Pot and making a musical noise. What sort of era were you... I was the last person to get one of these...

Hello bootybandy!!! Depends what was the main house in Strood? All I will say is that 4 of us rented the house in 1974. I will give you 2 clues and this should give you some idea who it is?

Clue 1. The house number was 173

Clue 2. We always had a party on Noverber 5th

Hi joe90

Just to giveyou a bit more info. I joined Chatham band in 1974 and was the last member to get a draft before the dockyard closed. There were two of us with the same name, did the same job and also played the same instrument?

You must know by now

Hi TJ. So Bromley, Dickinson and Couch were the others at that time. Yes I well remember the November 5th Parties. As I said I was in the Everest Lane House, same landlady for the ocassional Sunday Dinner roast. I shared our pad with Goldie (RiP) and Dusty Miller. Happy days matey...Booty.

I don't remember TJ being a Strood super pig!

But - I am 52 after all and have killed an awful lot of brain cells with alcomahol in the intervening years 'tween then and now.
bootybandy

Yeah....TJ was one of the good ones there. I used to sleep in his room more than anyone else's. That doesn't make me a tart, just very picky.....
