Heron band room is freezing at the moment as some one dug up the pipes when they were building the new SLAM. Plus due to an increase in players I now have a plastic kiddy school chair due to lack of seats so I need to take in a cushion for my numb bum (- too much info - thought so - taxi for Gromit .............)

Please please please Mark can I have one of those triangle stands and beater thingy's you were talking about, I promise that, if they behave, I will share it with Dave and Chaz.................
Oh and think how smart it would look in the new bandroom?!?!?!?!
However I don't think Chaz needs those huge cymbals as he was loud enough with the ones he had behind me tonight - hee hee!!

That triangleWell Tinks, you are very welcome and I'm happy you love your new triangle. Just remember, I had to make it outside (in the rain) as my dad's shed wasn't big enough for it!
It still needs a bit of a tweek just to get it perfectly in tune, then I'll take it away and have it plated so it's all shiny!
Oh why can't I have the biggest cymbals in the world? Maybe I could just get two big gongs and crash them together!

Did a cracking job with that triangle there tonight Chas!!! Just whack the thing, just like you do with the cymbals!!!
Mind you I struggled with that piece as I am not used to playing the cornet bit!!!!
