Intro by pusser's tot.Hello all. My name is Ivor South (ex bassoon). I joined in May '69 (2/69 squad) along with the likes of Dave Yates, John Pring, Dave Hereward (sadly no longer with us), Ginge Harman, Jock Appleby, Barrie Mills and a few others. Served for seven months at BRNC then drafted to Fleet Band at Chatham under the late Pete Sumner. Left the Service in March '77 having had enough of living out of a suitcase. Always nice to see old faces (in every sense of the word) at the reunion every year. If ever anyone who knows me is in Bridgwater pop in the New Market Hotel for a few wets. I'll be pleased to see you.
