Imagine the scene, 200+ new start bobbies in the lecture Hall..silence falls and the lecturer introduces himself.

Can I start by asking if anybody knows what DNA stands for"???...while he waited for someone to answer 'Deoxyribonucleic Acid', there was silence which was eventually broken by a broad Glaswegian voice stating " NATIONAL DISLEXIC ASSOCIATION"

Shame you're not coming down next week, your baton may have been a handy addition to my armoury  .Still, I won't tempt providence, and say that someone else ain't been seen for a day or two...

Unfortunately, although I served with Richard in Staff Band, and had the greatest respect for him as a musician and a gentleman, I'm in Hospital next Thursday for a minor Op..
