Hello and how can you hire the RM Dance Band??

Just that, really. I once saw a fantastic performance by the dance band at a private Ball, and wondered if it's possible to hire the band for an event I have in mind.

Hi John, as I said in the email, contact one of the bands directly or if your local band is busy, you could try any of the volunteer bands.

Welcome JohnH...

If you see Briggers's thread, you may get some guidance..(NOT)

I'm sure if you do manage to book the Scotland Band Dance Orchestra, you'l have a real ball...(pun intended)...

The Tuba Quartet is fully booked for the season now, as I have them picking strawberries for me, and the last time I checked they were lying up one of the poly-tunnels drinkin Buckfast and singing sea shanties...

Good luck matey...

Hi there johnh.
Just to let you know that the volunteer band of HMS Neptune have a very good dance band. They are based just 30 miles north of Glasgow and are a lot cheaper than the RM band based on the East coast.
If you PM me, I will reply back with some contact details.
