Yeah, oboe seems to be the popular result on this survey even if it's not the most popular instrument by any means (it's a love-hate-and-keeps-a-roof-over-my-head relationship with the things!).

I don't think I did it right... I got a french horn!
but it was tied with Oboe and String bass all at just 58% I think maybe I'm not cut out to be an orchestra, give me bands any day...

Dear ZedHorn Dont be fooled by the leopard skin exterior, I can in fact play the E Flat Bass tuba  and flute although it be few years since i played. So i sort of qualify!!!!

I know how to hold a trombone. And how to play the scale of C major, thanks to my wonderful tromboniphone teacher, Mrs BB. But she won't let me hold the real instrument yet...

I'm full of respect for tromboners, for the way they can instantly get the right note by moving the slide up and down (by and large!) but I wouldn't want to do it myself thank you!!!! I like a challenge and that's what happens every time I pick up me 'orn... Trombone? Obviously too easy!!!!!! |

Nightmare! I'm an oboe too! I divorced one of them. He may have been a lovely guy (just not for me) and we may still be on friendly terms, but I'm DEFINATELY nothing like an oboe! That involves having a double reed in my mouth and anyone who knows me at all knows I just won't go there I only came out 33% for flute which is worrying - I'll just have to play 67% louder to make up for it
