Tim the Bass

Tim the Bass has entered the building

Hi y'all.  Two sleeps since Cologne, both in the same day!!!  How novel is that!!
Bobw

My body clock is totally sh@gged! Slept on the bus most of the way home. Got to Culdrose about 5:30, had a bite to eat, said hello to Gill, piled all my dirty washing on her and then went to work at 10pm. Worked all night and went to bed at 8am. To be honest I don't know what day of the week it is!
Never again! (Well not until next year!)
The Donkey

I still seem to be on Koln time too.

Hi Tim. Glad you could join us!
greenfairy

Hello Tim! I think we're all still confused bunnies.....and our body clocks are up the spout too!
Gromit

Hi Tim. Welcome to forum land.
Sarah_Seahawk

Morning Tim. At long last, we have some maturity on the forum. Let's see how long it lasts.

Helloooo! Welcome to the forum!
Anne Picc

Hello Tim!  Good to see you.  My body clock isn't so much confused as completely broken.  Since getting home on Wednesday, I've been asleep for 32 hours out of 47!  I definately have a dose of the cold which doesn't help, but despite that, I think I'm officially wrecked.

Cologne

Im still here in cologne............somthing has gone wrong it feels like years ....... or am i dreaming (bloody long dream)....

Does this end if feels like 20 years
Sarah_Seahawk

WHAT???

And I really mean WHAT??
ZedHorn

glad it's not just me then Sarah!!!

Maybe talking Cologne Golllies doesn't just happen in February to a bunch of amateur musicians fuelled by whisky, kolsch, pot noodles, crazy dancing and deprivation of sleep... It just exists when you enter the city walls!!!

or it could just be that Pete is a bit woof woof!!??
Tim the Bass

Did I?

I'm going to work next week to find out what I did last week.  Am I searching for the lost chord?  No - found that last Monday night, alive and kicking at a Naval Establishment on the outskirts of Fareham!!
Princess Fiona

To quote Sarah

WHAT???
ZedHorn

I think he means he's recently been abducted by the Collingwood lot!
Chrissie B

Hey Tim,

We've lost that chord again ... will you be playing an accidental note or two with us again tonight?

bassdrumal

OK, I thought I was up there with the Koln Goolies, but thats lost me !!!
Chrissie B

Accidental:
1. A musical notation that makes a note sharp/flat/natural but is not part of the key signature.
2. Without intention (especially resulting from heedless action), e.g."an accidental shooting".
Big Ted

Tim

Let me get this right..............Tim's been shot in the goolies whilst playing in Collingwood???? And it was an accident??

Or perhaps I'm still suffering from Cologne?!!

I think I've got Cologne withdrawal symptoms, I keep hearing "dressed like a woman - just like my Dad" and I keep tasting Kolsch and I'm sure there was some nurses!!!

Doctor Doctor, what is the cure.............I dont have to suffer for 365 days till next time do I??

Big Ted
bassdrumal

Yep - Seems so, dont worry though ol chum, we all suffer it seems with the same complaint.  Think there is a medical condition called Koln Withdrawal!
The BB's

Turns up one week, the next week he's a soloist. We truly are not worthy!
