Did you remember the name of the club before you went for the lunchtime sesh?

I think Tad did but not Butch. I recall those from the Strood "Super Pigs" such as Dave Bromley, Tim Dick, Ginge (passed away can't remember his last name). Bob Richardson albeit I think that most of our time was spent with Pete and Sil in the Bootneck.

Lots of faces come to mind but names seemed to have slipped away.
Other serving names were, Smiler (Dennis) Rumming, Toby Phil Pot, Sid Tanner, John Adamson, Jock Apleby, Mike Stone, Bernie Winters, Paddy Weeks, Frank Kent Oooooh My God it'sssssss all flooooooding bbbbaaaack. I'll have to stop before I go into relapse.

I'm sure there might be other names that can be added to this short list, I'll be glad to here from others that served at the same time.

Actually there was also Stu Thorn (I'll be in trouble for not putting him at the TOP of my list) and never forget that tea shirt of Dave Bromley's when we washed it for him, I think it was about a 98 gigger at the time.

Also Dean Pavey, Andrew (Brick) Wall, David Cole and Andy Henderson. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! More names flooding back....I'd better go. Any bells ringing Errol?????

I think that Tad went into the MOD as did John Adamson, both at Chatham Dockyard.
Waste of a bloody good cormet player if you ask me. I heard too that Frank is now a priest. I think Don Pritchard is too.
It was Ginge Couch, sad that he passed away so soon after he left the mob.
Garry Powell, Ian Clarkson, Oscar Richardson, Bless Him-Clive Sproston, Tim Smye-Rumsby, Mick (Ginge) Reynolds, Wally Walters MBE (French Horn/Librarian), Rivers Howgil, Mick Jones - who could ever forget the Tasmanian Tattoo and the telephone call for Capt. Chris (Boots) Taylor, Mac McGill, and there was a good trombone player Jock???? who I believe is now a Chief Inspector in the West Country.
Memory is starting to blank out again
Dave Dawson (joineed the prison service I think) and Dave Bently.
Waaaaaaaaaah there is something seriously wrong with me, remebering all this lot.
I'm sure there's plenty I've missed.
I'm off to practice a Zzzzzzzz X before it's too late for me. help me out if you can

That Jock was Bobby Nelson who is now a Detective Chief Inspector in the Kent Constabulary. He lives near Dartford, and due to retire very soon, if not already.
There was also the Bishop Brothers, Terry and Geoff, as well as another Geoff, Goodrum he was called, a flute player. Geoff Truss, Mons North, Ivor South, Alan West(?). Keith Tomlinson I could go on, but most of these have been aired at many other times on different threads.

Well done Booty, it getting to the stage that I was running out of recolection.
I won't start on my Pompy days as it will start showing too much of my age.
I'm trying to think that I'm still young, even though I'm approaching retirement myself in a couple of years.
