oops sorry caps-lock......Does anyone remember the FOF3 Boogie???
The one where you had to dance at half the tempo of the music.
I know Chalky did a mean boogie in his dungarees and I personally witnessed Ffoggy doing one once........Wymer tried but fell over. Andy Hill was a perfectissimo at it and I of course taught them all how to do it in the first place. We even ....no i wont go there.
The FOF3 Boogie was revived and perfected at Northolt.
We, (that is the whole of FOF3 band), did the FOF 3 boogie at our Xmas bash at the Home Club - Dec 1985. We would always request it, insist on it, get it played and dance to........... STINGRAY !!!!
This involves a sort of twist, but arms and legs have to be totally un-synchronised and move at vastly different rates to the rhythm, e.g very very unfeasibly fast punchy arm movements one minute, followed by sloooooooow moooooooooootion action replay next, (but without the action). Andy Hill was rather good at it. Most were average, and Keith Pacy struggled a bit.

Was it a special requirement to play your hooter the wrong way round in this band ???? _________________ Music has the power to bring people together like no other art form.
