Who said one day to go!!!!!!!!!!!!...............went into blind panic....................but then realised, I've still got two days to go!!!!!
Alas we cant go as pirates, wont allow our cutlasses on the plane, but we will be there!!
So to all band colleagues have a great coach journey, I will think of you, cramped up in a coach, trying desperately to sleep, whilst singing about dangling whatsits in the dust, whilst drinking and general debauchery, whilst I'm asleep in my own bed, ..................I now where I would prefer to be......oh the debauchery and drink!!!
See you in Koln, have a Kolch or two ready for me!!!

Does anyone know the best way to get black shoe polish out of a white shirt? I kinda had a bit of an accident with an exploding tube of polish..... _________________

No.2 is back being musical (well technically on military training this week *snarf*
Stain remover is becoming my new friend. I'm down to having faint grey smudges all over my shirts after a LOT of scrubbing *sigh*
I need a drink _________________

Tube of polish??? Tube...??????
I remember my first day of basic training at RAF Swinderby. If the Corporal Drill Instructor found any polish other than a tin of Kiwi in your locker it went out of the window, he screamed obscenities at you with his face only inches from yours for a couple of minutes then sent you down to the NAAFI at the double to buy the real thing! Those were the days!
As for getting it off a shirt? I don't know.
You could do the normal military thing and swap it with someone else's when they aren't looking! Make sure you get the right size though. |

| GF, you could try asking Gromit. She is a stores-basher at Heron so should have contacts to blag a new shirt, or she may find one in Dave Wright's uniform store in the bandroom. |

I think I've just about got it out. The irony is that I wasn't using that particular polish anyway - that's what my tin of parade gloss is for.
I guess they don't call me Little Miss Accident-Prone for nothing
Now, where's that drink..... _________________
