RAB

There is nothing wrong with my state of health. As per government recommendation I have my 5 portions of fruit everyday!!

Start of the day - check messages on my ORANGE phone
Spend the Morning listening to tunes on my APPLE i pod
Lunch..a couple of doughnuts with STRAWBERRY filling
After work pour a refreshing G&T with a slice of LEMON
Thereafter I keep up my fluid intake and spend the evening cosuming vast quantities of fermented GRAPES!!!!

OH YESH !!

Tommo, as you taught me well I have passed the knowledge on... my eldest daughter is at university and has a wine glass that holds a bottle. The glass has a stem and is propper posh. The girl done good. She is only up the road from you in Brighton, you'll spot her, she walks along with her glass in one hand and whistling LOTOW and Hearts of Oak with the odd (odd as in weird) drum solos
