I have to admit I enjoyed most of the marching side of things in RMB, and the get togethers in Deal for HG I found most entertaining... .All that fresh air and Bawling Drum Majors...

Nowadays I'd find it difficult to drive down The Mall, let alone march down the friggin' thing...

Hope they get a dry spell with a pleasing breeze, and a faultless performance..Good luck lads....

(Oops ..and Lasses of course..It's an age thing)..

Hmmmmmmmm Damp Cermonials and a drooping pith pot!! Stuff that Dreams are made of!! Second only to the smell of a damp bert thats been stuck on yer head after a wet week at Lydd!!

Joking apart though, all the very best to those involved in the HG Spectacular!! I hope that the rain manages to stay away. I guess it keeps the dust down though. Ohhhhhhhhhh the sound of hundreds of parade boots stomping in unison on the gravel !!!
What Memories.!!............................"I'M READY FOR MY BED BATH NOW NURSE".
