Anyone recognise where this pic was taken?
And on what camera? And the exposure setting? F stop?
OK I've finished being stupid now - just answer the first question if you don't know the rest...

If you go down those steps and turn right there is (was) an excellent club called Buccaneers or F*ckaneers for those hailing from the rougher end of the trench! _________________ “All men are equal. All men, that is, who possess umbrellas.”

Hey guys!!
I'm chuffed to wee little pieces that you saw straight through that. And Melchy, you could be a tour guide!!
I tried to work out how many times I went to Gib in Fleet band and lost count at 8. I'm not sure how accurate that is - although I never ended up locked up like Botty.
I went again in the Summer of 04 on a visit from the land of MBT's and didn't recognise the old place downtown - it doesn't change much further up though.
Hammy, in the picture with yours truly, went back a few years later and got married there to his present Mrs Hamilton - a peanut butter sandwich to the person who can tell me why he chose Gib for his nuptials... _________________ ITMA! |

My guess (having studied his facial expression)is because he is obviously so happy with the place??? _________________ Music has the power to bring people together like no other art form.

No No Melchett you got it wrong! Those are the steps near " Charles'" bar you are thinking of 'English Steps which lead to Navy No1 football pitch. That's where the Buccaneer is. _________________ Still driving trains around in circles! |

I'm well impressed with both of you.
All I knew was that it was in Gib. I'm not sure I was ever really sober enough to know where and what things were... (I do remember a monkey though!)
