Great result at the festival - well deserved! At least here at Drake we can glow in the knowledge that some silverware at least past through Devon

Many thanks, Anne. To be honest we were quite surprised ourselves, rehearsals haven't gone all that brilliantly recently.
Good to see everyone again.
Please give Emma a sloppy kiss from me. I thought her solo in the concert was excellent.
Also, I saw Dolly's drum static for Heron. Small but perfect! I don't know anything about drumming but the two of them sounded spot-on together to me.
Now, where is that list for Cologne?
Cheers

Does it have to be a sloppy one?! Dolly and Dave did a fab job, both for us and Heron - I know I'm biased but to stand in as the only drummers with 2 days notice AND to do a static at the last minute was fantastic! As for the Cologne list, Dolly and I will be there whether we are banding or not - we'd make fab groupies!

Boy???? Shitehawk will make a man of you! (See Sarah for details).
You are most welcome, Alex. You did a great job and, just think, only a few weeks ago you were a mere cymbal player! And a few weeks before that musically you were a complete non-entity! Then you were Seahawked.......

PS I forgive you for laughing at my wig!

Hiya Guys

Guess I had better congratulate the winners........... you do realise that since I left I haven't won a bloomin thing!!!!

Oh heck, I think I shall be avoiding Anne and Dolly at band then if they are going to snog me - for goodness sake you could at least have asked someone tall dark and handsome Bob!!! Oh hang on......... is there anyone.......... , but thanks for the thought anyway for that it was very much appreciated!!!

Well done to Stu (again) - the man who taught me how to march and people always comment on my slow marching at Drake - thats because I was so scared of doing it wrong and being shouted at that first time!

Lovely to meet the new guys in the band...... little word of advice Alex, if you want to continue looking good, ask for a transfer at work and come and join Drake!! Once you are Seahawked thats it - I am warning you!!! Oh and how come in one of my photos I have a "loser"L on my forehead that looks very much like your hand???? See they are training you well!!! Panic not next year I will get my own back and the "L"'s will be on you !!!

Nah they are an ok bunch of guys and girls really, do miss you all, well the trophies anyway thanks again to Trev and Ginge for being there and being you!!! (Heard that one before guys haven't you!!)

As a medic i can firmly say - its a medical condition, you can only cure it by holding a hand in a certain way on the affected head! On course, it does mean loser too, but would i be so bold as to call you one? I mean you did win something .............didnt you??? Oh, no my mistake, that was us too !!

Oh and Bob, I didn't get my kiss from Anne or Dolly as Dolly got a bit upset with my not calling him tall, dark and handsome, I don't think he's going to forget it in a hurry either................ whoops!
