Hello everyone,

Was looking for people's thoughts on the festival and found that Northwood isn't really represented here, except for one brave, head over the parapet attempt by one of our flute players.

Anyway, I'm one of the trumpet/cornet players at Northwood and also their webmaster.

It was great to be at the festival ('cept for the marching of course) thought the Saturday night venue was better this year, just a shame the bar wasn't really big enough.

Cheers, CC.

Unfortunately not, no. It just doesn't fit with my own holidays and/or family life. Once the kids are older I'll probably be able to do it.

I am hoping to do the Brize Norton gig on the 01/09 but even that's looking a bit doubtful

Welcome aboard Cornetchappie, Bl00dy good effort on Sat, it looks like this years festival was a great success for all, not least this forum.
This forum is becoming inundated with vollies after so much talk about it over a few beers. I've met up with old friends and met so many more new ones. Keep posting, I'm sure you'll love it.
