I have just been watching the Edinburgh Tattoo and guys and girls I have the answer to our marching dilemma!!!

Copy the Household Cavalry and get horses!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats it.... thats what we need........

I can picture the scene now.....................

and as for the TaiPai high school majorettes - twiddling what looked like ornamental SA80s... comedy and value on the BBC!!!

You didn't miss much - the finale was painful

A very poor 'school band' arrangement of Everything I Do, interspersed with vile tuning in the trombones, did not make a fitting end to the show.
