Is that GMT or BST co's It is now 7.25 bst when you read the message it will say an hour earlier.I PREFER THE 24 HOUR CLOCK IN ANYCASE

Go to your profile and ad 1 hour, i.e. GMT +1hr if you want to be in the current time zone.
